Regular Expression Details

Yellowbrick supports a subset of the POSIX-style regular expressions, including support for:

• Character classes and escaped special characters
• Quantifiers
• Anchors
• Grouping constructs: Capturing and non-capturing groups and sub-expressions
• Alternation constructs
• Back references
• Flags

Yellowbrick does not support:

• Constraints and assertions
