yb_maintenance_dead_tuple_ratio_threshold (float)

Sets the minimum dead-to-live tuple ratio at which a catalog table is considered bloated and becomes eligible for a VACUUM recommendation.

When the ratio of dead tuples to live tuples exceeds this threshold, the sys.catalog_maintenance_recommendations() function flags the relation for cleanup.

Lowering this threshold makes catalog maintenance more aggressive; raising it reduces the frequency of VACUUM actions.
