• Default value (as of this release): 8.0 MB

Specifies the minimum table size, in megabytes, that is considered for catalog maintenance recommendations.

Tables smaller than this threshold are skipped by the sys.catalog_maintenance_recommendations() function.

Lower values include small catalog tables but can increase overall maintenance workload.

Increasing the value restricts maintenance to larger catalog tables, which typically contribute most to storage bloat.
