yb_maintenance_retry_attempts (integer)

• Default value (as of this release): 3

Specifies how many times a maintenance operation (such as VACUUM or REINDEX) is retried after a transient failure.

Failures can occur due to temporary locks or resource contention. Retries are spaced automatically and logged by the Lime maintenance service.

Increase this value to make maintenance more resilient on busy systems; decrease it to fail faster and review errors manually.
