Community Edition on AWS Marketplace ​

Yellowbrick Database Community Edition ​

Prerequisites ​

• AWS Account

• A dedicated VPC for the CE installation

• A Key Pair from the EC2 Console

You can subscribe to the product Yellowbrick Database Community Edition by following the steps given below:

Step 1: Sign in to AWS Marketplace ​

1. Go to the AWS Marketplace.

2. Sign in to your AWS account as an AWSAdministratorAccess role. If you don’t have an account, you will need to create one.

3. Search for AWS Marketplace.

Step 2: Find the Product ​

1. Click on Discover products link. In the search bar, type Yellowbrick Database Community Edition or browse through categories.

   

2. Click on the product name Yellowbrick Database Community Edition to view its details page.

Step 3: Subscribe ​

1. Scroll to the Pricing Information section.

   

2. Click on View purchase options. Subscribe to the product by clicking on Accept Terms.

3. Scroll down and select Yellowbrick Database Community Edition as "EC2 Instance Type" and subscribe.

4. Please wait while the request is getting processed.

5. You are now subscribed to the product, Effective date is populated.

   

Step 4: Configure ​

1. Now configure software by clicking on Continue to Configuration.

2. Configure this software by selecting

   • Fulfillment option: Select "Yellowbrick Database Community Edition".
   • Software version: Choose the software version.
   • Region: Choose the region.

   

3. Click on Continue to Launch.
   

4. Choose action "Launch CloudFormation". Click on Launch to proceed with the Stack Creation using the CloudFormation template.
