Create VPC ​

You can create a dedicated VPC for the CE installation by following the steps given below:

  1. Navigate to the VPC Dashboard

    In the AWS Management Console, search for VPC in the services search bar and select VPC.

  2. Launch the VPC Wizard

  • Click on Your VPCs in the left navigation pane.

  • Click on the Create VPC button.

  1. Configure the VPC Settings

  • Name Tag: Enter a name for your VPC (For example, project-CE), so you can easily identify the VPC/Subnet while installing the product.

  • Leave all other settings, such as Number of private subnets, at their default values.

  1. Create the VPC

    Click on the Create VPC to create your VPC.

    Note: Launch Instances in Your VPC.

    You can now launch EC2 instances within your new VPC. When launching an instance, select your VPC and the appropriate subnet.
